Struggling with anxiety that won’t switch off?
If your mind constantly overthinks, scans for danger, or gets stuck in “what if?” loops, anxiety can feel exhausting. CBT helps you break this cycle by changing how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact.
You’ll build a practical toolkit to manage anxiety — not just talk about it.
This programme is for you if:
- You overthink, worry, or ruminate daily
- You feel tense, restless, or on edge
- You experience panic symptoms or fear panic
- You avoid situations because of anxiety
- You want structure, tools, and real progress
This programme is not suitable for crisis support, emergencies or if you are feeling suicidal. If you are experiencing a crisis please call 999/111 or the Samaritans 116 123.
- What progress often looks like after 6 weeks
- Fewer anxiety spirals and quicker recovery
- Less physical tension and better sleep
- More confidence facing triggers
- Reduced avoidance
- A clear plan to prevent relapse
- My standards of therapy exceed those of the BACP
